For Family Law Attorneys

A DNA Testing Partner
You Can Rely On.

When your case depends on results, chain-of-custody documentation, and a collection process that holds up in court — you need a provider who understands what is at stake. We coordinate everything so your office manages none of the logistics.

Who We Are

Built for the Standards Your Cases Require.

DNA evidence in a family law case is only as strong as the process used to collect it. A missed step in chain-of-custody documentation, a collection that was not properly witnessed, or results from an unaccredited laboratory can compromise your case before it ever reaches a courtroom.

Anytime Mobile DNA was built to eliminate that risk. We coordinate mobile DNA collection for family law attorneys throughout Greater Los Angeles and Las Vegas — coming to your office, your client's location, or another approved site. Every legal collection follows AABB-compliant chain-of-custody protocols, processed through our accredited laboratory partner, and delivered in the format your case requires.

You refer the client. We coordinate everything from that point forward. Your staff manages none of the logistics.

What We Handle

Everything Your Office Does Not Have to Manage.

When you refer a client to Anytime Mobile DNA we take over the coordination entirely. Here is what that looks like in practice.

01

Scheduling & Coordination

We schedule the collection appointment at your office or a location of your choosing — working around the availability of all parties. Weekend and same-day scheduling available upon request.

02

Identity Verification

Government-issued identification is verified for all parties at the time of collection. This verification is documented and becomes part of the official chain-of-custody record.

03

Consent Documentation

All required consent forms are completed and witnessed prior to collection. For minors, legal guardian authorization is confirmed. All documentation is retained as part of the legal record.

04

Witnessed Collection

Buccal cheek swabs are collected by a neutral, trained specialist using laboratory-approved methods. Collection is witnessed and documented at the point of collection.

05

Chain-of-Custody Documentation

Complete chain-of-custody documentation is completed on-site at the time of collection. Samples are sealed, labeled, and signed immediately. Every step is recorded.

06

Results Delivery

Results are delivered to your office or directly to your client per your written instructions. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from sample receipt. Expedited processing available.

Why It Matters

Chain-of-Custody Is Not a Formality.

For legal DNA testing, the documentation surrounding the collection is as important as the result itself. Here is what we document and why.

01

Identity Is Verified at Collection

Every individual tested presents valid government-issued photo identification at the time of collection. This is recorded and forms the foundation of the chain-of-custody record.

02

Collection Is Witnessed by a Neutral Party

Our collection specialists are independent professionals with no relationship to any party being tested. Witnessed, neutral collection is a requirement for legally admissible results.

03

Samples Are Sealed Immediately

Every sample is sealed, labeled, and signed at the point of collection. Tampering is detectable. The integrity of the sample from collection to laboratory is fully documented.

04

Laboratory Is AABB-Accredited

All samples are processed through our AABB- and CAP-accredited laboratory partner — the recognized standard for legally admissible DNA analysis in California, Nevada, and federally.
