When results will be used in a legal proceeding, the collection process matters as much as the result itself. We handle both — with precision.
Schedule Legal TestingLegal paternity testing establishes biological fatherhood to a scientific certainty — and produces a result that is admissible in court, enforceable in legal proceedings, and accepted for custody, child support, estate, and immigration matters.
Unlike peace-of-mind testing, legal paternity testing requires verified identity, witnessed sample collection, documented chain of custody, and processing through an AABB-accredited laboratory. Every one of those requirements is met at every legal collection appointment we coordinate.
If there is any possibility the results will be needed for a legal matter — choose legal testing. Switching after collection is not possible.
Important: If you are unsure whether your situation requires legal or personal knowledge testing, contact us before booking. We will help you determine the correct option — at no charge — before any appointment is scheduled.
Every legal collection follows the same structured, documented process — from arrival to sample transport.
Our collection specialist arrives at your location at the scheduled time. Government-issued photo identification is verified for all parties before anything proceeds.
All adult participants sign consent forms prior to collection. For minors, a legal guardian provides authorization. Consent documentation becomes part of the chain-of-custody record.
Buccal cheek swabs are collected from all parties using laboratory-approved methods. Collection is witnessed by our specialist and conducted in accordance with AABB standards.
All chain-of-custody documentation is completed on-site at the time of collection. Samples are sealed, labeled, and signed immediately following collection.
Samples are transported directly and securely to our AABB- and CAP-accredited laboratory partner. Transfer is documented as part of the chain-of-custody record.
Results are delivered securely by email or mail within 3–5 business days of sample receipt. Full chain-of-custody documentation is included.
We coordinate directly with your office — handling scheduling, identity verification, chain-of-custody collection, and result delivery. Your staff manages none of the logistics.
