For OB-GYN & Women's Health Practices

NIPT Coordination
That Protects Your
Patient.

When your patient needs non-invasive prenatal paternity testing, we coordinate the entire process — so your practice manages none of the logistics, and your patient receives the care and discretion this situation requires.

Who We Are

Built Around Your Patient. Not Your Schedule.

Patients who need prenatal paternity testing are often navigating a difficult personal situation. They need a provider who understands that — one who handles the process privately, professionally, and without adding complexity to an already sensitive time.

When you refer a patient to Anytime Mobile DNA, we take over the coordination entirely. We schedule around the patient's availability, collect at a location of their choosing, and communicate with your office only at the level you prefer.

Your staff does not manage the appointment. Your practice is not involved in the collection. You make one referral. We handle the rest.

What We Handle

Everything Your Practice Does Not Have to Manage.

From the moment you refer a patient, we take over. Here is exactly what that looks like.

01

Direct Patient Contact

We reach out to your patient directly and privately to schedule their appointment. Your staff is not involved in the scheduling process beyond the initial referral.

02

Location Coordination

We schedule collection at a location of the patient's choosing — their home, a private office, or another discreet setting. The patient never needs to come to a clinic or shared collection center.

03

Maternal Blood Draw

A trained specialist conducts the maternal blood draw at the patient's location. The process is standard, quick, and identical to routine prenatal blood work. No risk to the pregnancy.

04

Paternal Sample Collection

The alleged father's buccal cheek swab is collected at the same appointment or separately if needed. We advise the patient on logistics before scheduling.

05

Laboratory Coordination

Samples are transported to our AABB-accredited laboratory partner. We manage all laboratory communication and follow up on timeline. Your practice is not involved.

06

Confidential Results Delivery

Results go directly and confidentially to the patient. Your practice is not notified of results. Results are never released by phone to any party.

The Referral Process

One Referral. We Handle Everything Else.

Referring a patient takes less than five minutes. Here is exactly what happens from that point forward.

01

You Contact Us

Call or email us with your patient's first name and approximate gestational age. No formal referral paperwork is required. A brief conversation is all we need to begin.

02

We Contact Your Patient Directly

We reach out to your patient privately to schedule their appointment at a time and location that works for them. Your staff is not involved in this conversation.

03

Collection Takes Place

We conduct the maternal blood draw and coordinate the paternal cheek swab at the patient's chosen location. Your practice does not manage or attend the appointment.

04

Laboratory Processing

Samples are transported to our AABB-accredited laboratory partner. We manage all laboratory coordination and follow up on timeline. No action required from your practice.

05

Results Go Directly to Your Patient

Results are delivered confidentially and directly to the patient. Your practice receives a copy only if the patient provides written authorization. Results are never released by phone.

06

You Are Done

Your involvement ends at the referral. We manage everything from there — scheduling, collection, laboratory coordination, and results delivery. Your patient is in good hands.

Patient Experience

How We Treat the Patients You Refer.

Patients in this situation are often managing significant emotional complexity. Every appointment is conducted with that in mind.

Complete Privacy

No shared waiting rooms. No public collection counters. No other clients present. Appointments take place at the patient's chosen private location — on their terms.

No Rushed Appointments

We answer every question the patient has before and after collection. They are never made to feel rushed or uncomfortable. If they need time, we give them time.

Results Delivered Safely

Results go directly and confidentially to the patient by secure email or mail. Results are never released by phone. No one else receives them without the patient's written authorization.

Clinical Note
About Inconclusive Results
In rare cases, a prenatal paternity test may return an inconclusive result due to low fetal DNA concentration in the maternal blood — more common in very early pregnancies. If this occurs, a recollection may be required. Recollection fees of $500–$600 apply. We communicate clearly with the patient before any additional charges are processed. We recommend patients be at least 7 weeks gestation before scheduling to minimize this risk.
Questions & Answers

OB-GYN Practice FAQ.

Does our practice have any liability in the testing process?
No. Our service operates independently of your practice. You make a referral. We manage all coordination, collection, and results delivery. Your practice is not involved in the testing process itself.
Will our patient's information be shared with anyone?
No. Patient information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and is not shared with any third party without written authorization from the patient. We do not share results with referring practices without that authorization.
What if the alleged father is unable to attend the same appointment?
We can coordinate separate collection appointments for the maternal blood draw and the paternal cheek swab. We discuss logistics with the patient before scheduling to confirm what is possible for their situation.
Can results be used in a legal proceeding?
Standard NIPT is not collected with legal chain-of-custody protocols. If a patient anticipates needing legally admissible results, we adjust the collection process accordingly. This must be established before any sample is collected — please advise patients to contact us before scheduling if legal admissibility may be required.
How early in pregnancy can testing be performed?
Testing is available from 7 weeks gestation. An ultrasound is recommended for the most accurate dating but is not required. Testing earlier than 7 weeks increases the risk of an inconclusive result.
How do we make a referral?
Call us at (833) 326-9846 or email [email protected]. Provide the patient's first name and approximate gestational age. We handle everything from there and keep your involvement minimal.
Will our office be notified of anything after the referral?
No. Once you make the referral your involvement is complete. We coordinate directly with the patient from that point forward. Results go directly to the patient. Your practice is not notified and is not involved beyond the initial referral.
Can we establish an ongoing referral relationship?
Yes. We work with OB-GYN and women's health practices throughout Greater Los Angeles and Las Vegas on an ongoing basis. Contact us to discuss establishing a formal referral relationship with your practice.
